Kerry based, Olivia Hope has a special love for children’s fiction. A former record-breaking athlete, she represented Ireland internationally. She has worked with all ages in the creative arts; as a creative associate with the Irish Arts Council on the Creative Schools programme, and as a creative learning assistant with Siamsa Tíre. Be Wild, Little One was described as an ‘outstanding book to enchant readers of all ages’ by Shirley Hughes.

Galway based, Tadhg Mac Dhonnagáin is a well known novelist, script writer and composer. He has translated many titles to Irish and his love of our natural world as represented in Bí Fiáin, a Chroí can also be seen in his work on the books Bliain na nAmhrán and Ceol na Mara.
