RITUAL

Light your candle at least 30 mins before going to bed, allow the candle to fully pool as you inhale the relaxing fragrance mindfully breathe deeply to the count of 4 & exhale to the count of 6. Keep your wick regularly trimmed and re-centred after each burn and keep you candle covered with its lid when not in use.
