IF I SEE AN ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN I PURCHASE IT?

Yes, you can purchase a selection of our stock online, If the item isn't available to purchase online please contact us on 0035371 962 0134 and we will gladly check inventory, organise payment and postage.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Delivery normally takes 2 -5 working days, this may take longer at busy periods (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas).

DO YOU OFFER A CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE IN STORE?

Yes we are delighted to offer customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore, when you have paid for your order online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Your order will be ready for collection from 09.30am during opening hours up to 5.30pm. When you call to collect please adhere to signage and guidance and respect social distancing from other customers or employees. Before travelling to collect your order, please ensure you bring the following: Your ready for collection confirmation email or text, containing your unique order number. This can be in printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet. Confirmation of the payment used. Photographic identification, we will accept your driver’s license or passport. If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE IF I HAVE ONE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

We are unable to cancel an order once you have received your shipping confirmation email. You can return any unwanted orders for a refund within 14 days.

CAN I CHANGED DETAILS ON MY ORDER?

We are unable to change/amend an order once you have received your shipping confirmation email. This includes all order details.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Delivery normally takes 2 -5 working days, this may take longer at busy periods (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas). Parcels are normally dispatched with An Post. Simply check the online tracking for your order by clicking on the link in your shipping email from us. If it shows item delivered, but you have not received anything, you should firstly: · Check if anyone at your address has signed for the parcel · Check around your property as the parcel may have been left in a safe place, for example your porch or letterbox or with a neighbour. · Check if a calling card has been left. If you were not at home to accept delivery, the driver should leave a card with their contact details and you can arrange the redelivery yourself

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are sorry, we do not offer an exchange service though our online store. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our Returns Policy and place a new order for the item(s) you want. Exchanges are offered instore only for items within a 28 day period.

DOES MULVEYS COVER THE COST OF RETURNING ITEMS?

No, unfortunately we do not cover the postage cost of returned items to our online store. We advise that when returning items to us that you used a secure form of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If it is the case that you have been sent the wrong items please contact info@mulveys.ie for further advice.

I RECEIVED DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITMES

Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to info@mulveys.ie where a member of our team will help you.

EXCLUSIONS ON RETURNS

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on a small number of products outlined below. · Earrings (purchased online & in-store) · Perfume (purchased online & in-store) · Fascinators (purchased in-store) · Hats (purchased in-store) · Make-up (purchased online & in-store) · Hair accessories (purchased online & in-store) Lingerie and Shapewear In the interest of hygiene, lingerie and shapewear cannot be returned unless the hygiene seals are still in place, labels are attached and packaging is in its original condition. If you wish to return this product, it must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. Gift Set Returns Policy If you wish to return a gift set, all items must be returned and in a new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings, make-up, perfume or hats that may be included within any giftset.
