Air hardening clay is perfect for letting children enjoy the experience of using clay to without the need for an expensive kiln. The clay can be easily moulded, shaped and stretched into whatever shape you want or even used with modelling tools and textured plates. Nylon fibres have been added to give extra strength to finished models. Finished models can be decorated with almost any paint and given a coat of PVA or varnish to give a glossy finish. A completely natural product, the clay is mined locally in Staffordshire, the home of the Potteries and Shropshire.
