Rules of Entry and Play
Persons with parental responsibility must ensure that they themselves and children in their care and abide by the following rules at all times:
- Parents/guardians must supervise children using this facility at all times.
- Parents/guardians must remain on the premises and be readily contactable while children in their care are using any of our facilities
- Children are not allowed throughout the premises unattended
- Members of staff monitor the equipment and have access to first aid facilities
- Staff are not provided to supervise children using these facilities
- Children who are unwell must not use the facilities
- Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children and our managers will enforce these restrictions
- Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment area
- For hygiene reasons children must wear socks – arms and legs must be covered
- Food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum must not be taken into the play den or play area
- Plastic glasses/bottles are only allowed in the supervision area
- Smoking is not permitted in any area
- Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects, etc, must not be taken into the play area by children
- Personnel items must be left with the parent guardian. We will not accept liability for any items lost or stolen.
- Parents/guardians must advice children in their care of the following:
- Children must not climb up the slide
- They must go down the ramps and slides feet first and on their backs
- Socks, legs and arm covering must not be removed
- Children will be asked to leave the play area if they partake in any rough play or horse play
