Rules of Entry and Play

• Parents/guardians must supervise children using this facility at all times.
• Parents/guardians must remain on the premises and be readily contactable while children in their care are using any of our facilities
• Children are not allowed throughout the premises unattended
• Members of staff monitor the equipment and have access to first aid facilities
• Staff are not provided to supervise children using these facilities
• Children who are unwell must not use the facilities
• Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children and our managers will enforce these restrictions
• Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment area
• For hygiene reasons children must wear socks – arms and legs must be covered
• Food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum must not be taken into the play den or play area
• Plastic glasses/bottles are only allowed in the supervision area
• Smoking is not permitted in any area
• Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects, etc, must not be taken into the play area by children
• Personnel items must be left with the parent guardian. We will not accept liability for any items lost or stolen.
• Parents/guardians must advice children in their care of the following:

• Children must not climb up the slide
• They must go down the ramps and slides feet first and on their backs
• Socks, legs and arm covering must not be removed
• Children will be asked to leave the play area if they partake in any rough play or horse play
